Getting a transformative new initiative launched on time and in style

Working with AWS, The Prince’s Trust, the Armed Forces Covenant and QA Consulting, Onward Studios were able to work to extremely tight timescales over the Christmas period to get their exciting new training venture launched on a modern, responsive website.
As well as needing to go from planning to launch in four weeks, the site needed to reflect the forward-looking, hi-tech nature of the industry. It needed to appeal both to potential students and to the employers who'd be benefitting from their new skillset. We pushed through an accelerated research, user journey and UX design phase to make sure the plans could get sign off from the right people before they went on leave for Christmas. Then we used our Live Prototyping approach to develop rapidly with stakeholders able to comment on the working site as it came to life.
